A 2 day course covering laws and legislation relating to multiple needs and links between fieds of support:  sessions will inlcude practical exercises and case law examples.  Content incudes:

• Dual diagnosis


• Mental Health Act


• Structural links between community care, mental health services and homelessness legisaltion


• Access to comunity care services – the Care Act 2014


• Homlessness under part VII Housing Act and vulnerability


• Disability Discrimination Act, Equality Act and housing


• Rent arrears pre-action protocol
