Developed in consultation with people with lived experience of complex life circumstances, In Plain Sight: The Lives and Hopes of Invisible People takes us on a journey of local people who have experienced homelessness and multiple needs. The show features

  • Live performances

  • Storytelling and song

  • Interactive debate

  • Audio and visual recordings

Audience members are advised to wear warm clothing and strong footwear as the performance takes place in a range of building spaces that are not all heated. Please note: Due to adult themes the show is suitable for 16years +.  Food and refreshments provided.

VOICES also design and deliver a unique citywide learning programme currently attended by over 40 organisations from across the city and over 1,000 individuals in 2019. Through the learning programme VOICES has commissioned local participatory arts specialists, Rideout and B arts, to develop this new and creative public learning opportunity.
