This is a 2 part course:  both sessions must be attended:

26th June 2018:  INTRODUCTION TO UNIVERSAL CREDIT.  Arrival 9-9.30am.  9.30am-1pm:

• Explaining the key principles of Universal Credit


• Exploring the differences between Universal Credit and the existing benefit system


• Focusing on people experiencing multiple needs

3rd July 2018:  UNIVERSAL CREDIT ‘LIVE’.  Arrival 9-9.30am.  9.30am-1pm:

• Considering the problems and practicalities of making and managing claims


• Focusing on people experiencing mutiple needs
